Banned from Telegram channel

I accidentally clicked a link in the telegram channel and I think it was a bot check or something, because I'm now banned.

Does anybody know who I can contact about this? I can't see a channel mod listed. Thanks.

I'm on there, but banned from commenting, I don't know what I can do to get it lifted, not even sure what I did wrong.

Telegram uses your phone number for an account I think, I don't think you can just create an account, I may be wrong though

I'd like to get back on there, but I'm not "buying a burner SIM" desperate to get back on there. I'm sure it would be easier to un-ban me
