I really don't know. We need photos from a different angle or with the model in a different position to be sure. But if I were the photographer here, and if I had a chance to work with this model, it wouldn't be simulated.

So if we look at the profile of this tog on AF, we see that he has listed 'POV soft' as a style he shoots, but not POV hard. If we then look at the rest of his portfolio and his other sites like BB, MF, PP and his home page, then we don't see a single explicit hard bg photo or video. If anyone would contact him on BB or so and ask if he has custom sets or so, then we may perhaps find out.
