I use "sexy.ai/?rs=aps" it's free once you sign up, get two images at a time. I use the "Realistic vision v51" option and stick to words like, natural, saggy, chubby etc. I can't stand fake glamour photos

No you can only create photos and download, not sure what's possible with pro version.
