OnlyFans Ripped off by OF page creator

I'm hoping someone will have advise on how to deal with a dishonest page creator. I agreed to a video, paid in 3 instalments. Upon the last payment,
I was provided with a video I didn't ask for. I gave her the description of what I wanted and she demanded another $80. OnlyFans said I have no grounds
for a complaint since I was sent "a" video. In this video, she is lying on her back with both knees up, only her breasts are visible. WTF?

Best thing you can do is to your bank or call them and request a visa dispute. Just say it wasn't you who did it, or just make up some BS. Depending on your bank they normally don't question it. And then they force the refund. Could take a few weeks. I have only did this once before. OF claim any money sent to people is a TIP and can not be refunded, some content creators use this to their advantage, as they can claim they did send you something. (Like what scam sites do when you buy something expensive and they send you a pen). If you don't want to talk to someone on the phone you can check with your bank online to see if they have a online visa dispute form. Best of luck.

copy the conversation (screen shot it so it can't be deleted after) where you complained about the video sent being the wrong one. Send the screenshots conversation to OF and you should get refunded.

Unfortunately, I've experienced this a few times. Models will post a misleading description such as "come see this " and it won't show anything. OF has no regulations for misleading content that i know of (I tried contacting them). They really end up screwing themselves out of a customer in the end.

I screen grabbed all of my correspondence with lust_nana and provided them with my complaint but OF sided with her, saying she sent me a video. One I'll never watch. One of my friends noticed her hair was light brown during her opening comments, then dark brown during the video. He said it looked like a random video she used.

You should have called her out about the video not being what was agreed. If she then replied about it, then copy that and send it off. I think in this case you have probably missed out on getting a reult. Best off quizzing them before you buy to make sure you are getting what is advertised. At least then you have a message trail to back up your claim.

I did call her our for providing a video I didn't agree to. That's when she demanded another $80. I can't believe OF took her side. Some of the page creators who I'm good friends with have asked for her name so they can give her a piece of their mind.
