Not gonna lie, that sounds like a busted O-ring to me. Easy fixed though if you know the size, 2 minute job. Or some Flex Tape as a temporary fix while your waiting for the butthole surgeon to come a replace your broken asshole.
But for christ sake when it's replaced, add some fibre and consider a diet change if you're crappin' yer britches twice a day. You gotta look after that thing Bro. Like a nice pair of jean shorts.
