I got no idea why but my iPad doesn’t play the videos you give for her. Other people it does fine but not her. This is what shows up after I download it and try to play it, am I doing something wrong?

It's because it's a wmv. You need to either get an app that can play that type of file or convert it to something your device can play.

MediaConvert is the app I found in the App Store for my iPad. Free for what I need it for.
