Who knows? There have been claims that they are "faked" (ie staged) but none of these have been backed up by substantive evidence and the sheer number of people filmed would make production very expensive if they all had to be paid. On the other hand the cameraman does seem to get very close on occasion so maybe it's a mixture of both.

They definitely aren't staged (the UKNightman ones at least). Someone I know was in one of them. No, I haven't spoken to her about it, but I know she wouldn't risk her career for something like that.

It's staged in my opinion unless the person filiming is a complete fucking idiot, as previously pointed out voyerism is a sexual offence I believe in the court of law.

Whatever is going on, consent is being given for these videos..again very low budget and "real" looking.
